Ethernet vs WiFi: The terminal will automatically connect via Ethernet first, even if the device has been connected to WiFi. If the ethernet cord gets unplugged for whatever reason, the device will then use WiFi.
Connecting to a New WiFi Network: If your device cannot connect to the WiFi network that it was previously connected to, the device will begin to beep. This will also happen if you move the device to a different location, etc. This is expected behavior, and you'll need to connect the device to a new WiFi network for the beeping to stop.
- Access Menu: From the home screen, press 1+5+9 at the same time, or press 9 then the green key.
- Enter Password: Enter the Admin PIN (likely 1668321)
- Navigate to WiFi: Select Administration > Communications > WiFi > WiFi Scan.
- Select Network: Select your new Wi-Fi network from the scanned list.
- Enter Credentials: Choose the security type (usually PSK/Password) and enter the password using the keypad.
- Tip: Press the # key to switch between letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Tip: Press the 0 key to cycle through special characters and spaces.
- Confirm: Press the green key to save.
- Exit: Press the red key to exit to the main screen. A Wi-Fi icon should now appear, indicating a successful connection.
If the device fails to connect to the new network, try restarting it by holding down the green button. Ensure you are using the correct network password.
Still having issues connecting? Try forcing a heartbeat on the device so that it can communicate with Verifone's backend. It is recommended to force 4-5 heartbeats in short order

If the above cannot be completed successfully, and in some cases, if the device keeps looping between "POS Cloud Connection Required" and “Re-Connecting to POS Cloud", JustiFi may need to reset the network configuration.
