Your bank account is where all processed payments will be deposited. Proper setup ensures timely settlements and prevents payout delays.
01. Bank Account Requirements
Account Eligibility:
- Business Account: Must be a business checking account (not personal)
- Account Ownership: Account must be owned by the merchant entity
- Bank Location: Must be a US-based financial institution
- Account Status: Account must be active and in good standing
- Routing Number: Valid 9-digit ABA routing number
02. Required Information
Bank Account Details:
- Bank Name: Official name of financial institution
- Account Type: Checking (savings not acceptable)
- Account Holder Name: Exactly as appears on account
- Routing Number: 9-digit ABA routing number
- Account Number: Complete checking account number
03. Required Documentation
Supporting Documents:
- Voided Business Check: Clearly showing routing and account numbers, and account name
- Bank Letter: On bank letterhead confirming account details
- Account Agreement: Showing business as account holder
- Recent Bank Statement: Showing account activity and current status
